ONEPLUS 15R: Storage Configurations and Price in India Revealed Days Prior to Launch

Three colorways of the OnePlus 15R will be offered in India through Amazon and the OnePlus India online shop.

Later this week, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer will introduce the OnePlus 15R in India and other international markets. The tech company has been teasing the main features, characteristics, design, and colorways of the next phone in advance of its highly anticipated launch. The price of the OnePlus 15R in India, as well as information about two RAM and storage configurations, have now been released by a tipster. The phone can be bought in the nation through the company’s website and an e-commerce platform.

Pricing and Storage Options for the OnePlus 15R in India (Estimated)

Tech writer Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) revealed the pricing and RAM variants of the upcoming OnePlus 15R in a post on X, citing an internal source. According to reports, the phone comes with RAM and storage options of 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB. According to Guglani, the more costly OnePlus 15R model with 512GB of built-in storage will cost Rs. 52,000 in India. The base 256GB storage model, on the other hand, is reportedly priced between Rs. 47,000 and Rs. 49,000.

According to the most recent leak, the IT company may also provide discounts of up to Rs. 3,000 or Rs. 4,000 when using credit and debit cards from specific banks. If this is accurate, the pricing of the OnePlus 15R will be much more than that of its predecessor, the OnePlus 13R, which landed in India at Rs. 42,999 for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage and Rs. 49,999 for the top-end model with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

The OnePlus Ace 6T, which was just released in China, is reportedly the renamed OnePlus 15R. In summary, the base model of the Ace 6T with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage was priced at CNY 2,599 (about Rs. 33,000). At launch, however, the premium 16GB RAM + 1TB storage model cost CNY 3,699, or around Rs. 47,000.

The OnePlus 15R, which is scheduled to launch in India on December 17, will be sold there in Charcoal Black, Mint Green, and Electric Violet colorways through Amazon and the OnePlus India online store.

Qualcomm’s octa core 3nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, which was released on November 26, is confirmed to power the OnePlus 15R. The new G2 Wi-Fi chip and Touch Response chip will be paired with the SoC. Additionally, the phone will have a 7,400mAh battery. The tech company recently revealed that the phone will have a dual rear camera set with a 32-megapixel sensor and focusing functionality.
