On Thursday, the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 smartwatch was introduced to the world. A 1.5-inch AMOLED screen with sapphire glass covering and 10 ATM water resistance are features of the new wearable. It promises to provide more than 50 hours of battery life with GPS tracking and up to 30 days of battery life when used in smartwatch mode. The Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 has 64GB of internal storage and supports 187 sports modes. The wearable features sensors to monitor several health parameters, including skin temperature, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate, and stress. It also enables Bluetooth calling.

Cost and Availability of the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2

The cost of the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 is $549.99, or around Rs. 50,000. Launched in Black Magmacolor, the durable smartwatch is now available for purchase on Amazfit.com and Amazon in a few international countries.

Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 Details

The 1.5-inch AMOLED display of the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 has a pixel density of 322 pixels and a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels. The touchscreen has sapphire glass for durability and scratch resistance, and the display can reach a maximum brightness of 3,000 nits. With a water-resistance rating of 10 ATM and a 51mm rating 5 titanium body, it can sustain pressure equal to 100 meters of static water depth for ten minutes.

The BioTracker 6.0 PPG biometric sensor, which is available for the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2, allows for the tracking of skin temperature, stress levels, blood oxygen saturation (SpO2), and heart rate. Additionally, a one-tap measuring capability that swiftly shows all health data is supported. The wearable delivers a comprehensive sleep score, sleep monitoring, and menstruation tracking.

The Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 wristwatch also has altitude-related reminders and breathing exercises as health features. Acceleration, gyroscope, geomagnetic, barometer, ambient light, and temperature sensors are among the sensors aboard. It has six satellite systems, a circularly polarized GPS antenna, and dual-band positioning capabilities. Offline map support is available on the wearable. 64GB of built-in storage is available for music storage, map downloads, and programs.

The Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 has Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5.2, and BLE connectivity options. It enables customers to make calls straight from their wristwatch or answer incoming calls. Users may specify water sources, shelters, altitude objectives, or turning points using its Checkpoint Display and Reminder alert functions.It can sustain depths of up to 45 meters and is approved for diving.

The Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 has 187 sports modes for fitness fanatics. Interval training can be set up immediately on the watch, and users may design training templates using the Zepp App. The wearable has sophisticated capabilities for runners, including a virtual pacemaker, smart trajectory correction, and Track Run mode. The BioCharge energy monitoring function is also supported. It features a built-in flashlight with Boost option, one green light option, and four white light brightness settings.

The 870mAh battery of the Amazfit T-Rex Ultra 2 is said to last up to 30 days when used regularly, up to 15 days when used heavily, and up to 10 days when always-on display (AOD) mode is turned on. The wearable is said to last up to 50 hours in precise GPS mode and up to 90 hours in power-saving GPS mode when GPS is turned on.
