Two new displays from the GW90TC series were introduced by BenQ in India on Friday. The full-HD screen of the new BenQ GW2490TC and GW2790TC monitors supports USB Type-C connection and refreshes at 144 Hz. The BenQ GW90TC monitors can produce up to 20W of power and offer many color options. The BenQ GW2790TC has a bigger 27-inch display than the BenQ GW2490TC, which has a 23.8-inch panel. Both variants have a headphone connector and two 2W built-in speakers.
Price and Availability of the BenQ GW90TC Series in India
In India, the recently revealed BenQ GW2490TC costs Rs. 12,750. The BenQ GW2790TC, meanwhile, has a price tag of Rs. 14,990. Both versions are now offered for sale in the nation through the top Indian e-commerce sites and authorized retail partners.

Full HD (1,080×1,920 pixel) IPS panels with a refresh rate of 144 Hz and a response time of 5 ms are included in the BenQ GW90TC series. The company’s own Flicker-Free, Low Blue Light, and Visual Optimiser eye care technologies are included in the latest models, which also support AMD FreeSync. Users may customize their arrangement with the new lineup’s changeable stands.
The 27-inch panel of the BenQ GW2790TC monitor has LED backlighting, a 16:9 aspect ratio, and a usual brightness of 300 nits. It provides a pixel density of 82 ppi, 178-degree viewing angles, and a natural contrast ratio of 1500:1. The display supports HDCP 1.4 and includes gamma levels that can be adjusted from 1.8 to 2.6.
The BenQ GW2490TC has a 23.8-inch LED backlit panel with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 93 PPI. It has a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The display has 178 degree viewing angles, a natural contrast ratio of 1500:1, and 250 nits of normal brightness. For individualized viewing comfort, the display also offers gamma adjustment between 1.8 and 2.6.

Both the BenQ GW2490TC and GW90TC include two 2W built-in speakers and a headphone jack for communication and sound. One HDMI 1.4 connector, one DisplayPort 1.2 port, and a USB Type-C port with data transmission, DisplayPort Alt Mode, and 20W power delivery are among the connectivity possibilities. Standard, Game, ePaper, Care Mode, and Cinema are among the several color options available on both models.
