The Xiaomi Pad 8, the company’s newest Android tablet, was introduced in India on Tuesday. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset powers the tablet, which runs Xiaomi HyperOS 3. The Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro and keyboard attachments intended for creative and productive use are also compatible with the tablet.

The cost and availability of the Xiaomi Pad 8 in India

The 8GB + 128GB version of the Xiaomi Pad 8 costs Rs. 33,999 in India. The Nano Texture display model with 12GB + 256GB storage costs Rs. 38,999, while the 12GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 36,999. Additionally, Xiaomi has released a Creator’s Edition that costs Rs. 41,999, while the Nano Texture Creator’s Edition is priced at Rs. 43,999.

The tablet will be on sale on March 17 at 12 p.m. IST on Amazon, the Xiaomi India website, Xiaomi retail locations, and partner outlets in India. It will be offered in Graphite Grey and Titanium Blue.

Customers may take advantage of an instant bank discount of Rs. 2,750 on full swipe payments and Rs. 3,000 on SBI credit card EMI transactions as part of the launch incentives. The effective starting price of the tablet is now Rs. 30,999 thanks to these promotions. The agreement with the bank is valid until March 31, 2026.

Customers who buy the Xiaomi Pad 8 between March 17 and March 31 will also receive an extra one-year warranty, excluding the battery, according to the firm.
