According to reports, starting on January 5, Samsung will raise the cost of three Galaxy smartphone models in India. A document that was released by a source claims that the change might impact a number of well-known Galaxy models in various price ranges. All RAM and storage versions of certain gadgets are reportedly affected by the increase. Mid-range and low-cost Samsung devices may be affected by the modifications. The business hasn’t yet made an official statement verifying the claimed pricing adjustments, though.

A leaked document claims that Samsung has increased the cost of certain models, including as the Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy F17 5G. All mentioned RAM and storage models are reportedly subject to the price change, which might go into effect on January 5.

Notably, Samsung has not yet released an official statement attesting to the updated prices stated in the document that was leaked and appears to have been delivered to the nation’s shops.

The 8GB + 256GB version would go from Rs. 41,999 to Rs. 43,999, while the 12GB + 256GB storage edition would cost Rs. 46,999, up from Rs. 44,999. Additionally, the 8GB + 128GB storage variant would cost Rs. 40,999 rather than Rs. 38,999.

However, according to the paper, the Samsung Galaxy A36 now costs Rs. 1,500 higher across all models. The pricing of the 12GB + 256GB variant would increase from Rs. 36,999 to Rs. 38,499. In the meanwhile, the 8GB + 256GB model will cost Rs. 35,499 instead of Rs. 33,999, and the 8GB + 128GB option will cost Rs. 32,499 rather than Rs. 30,999.

According to reports, the price of the more reasonably priced Samsung Galaxy F17 5G variant would increase by Rs. 1,000. Previously priced at Rs. 14,499, the 4GB + 128GB variant may now cost Rs. 15,499. While the 8GB RAM and 128GB option is priced at Rs. 18,499, up from Rs. 17,499, the 6GB + 128GB model would go from Rs. 15,999 to Rs. 16,999.
