The Honor Magic V6, the company’s newest flagship foldable smartphone, was introduced at MWC 2026. The smartphone features a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 CPU, two LTPO screens with a maximum brightness of 6,000 nits, a 6,660mAh silicon-carbon battery, and a thinner folding design. Additionally, the company unveiled the MagicPad 4 tablet, the MagicBook Pro 14 laptop, and the Honor Robot Phone, a concept device that is supposed to combine embodied AI with robot-grade motion control, a 200-megapixel gimbal camera system, and real-time subject tracking to enable interactive, movement-based responses and adaptive video capture.

In the second half of the year, the Honor Magic V6 will be on sale in a few regions; pricing, RAM, and storage options will be revealed later. It is available in Red, White, Gold, and Black colorways, however regional availability may differ.

Both the 6.52-inch LTPO 2.0 cover and 7.95-inch LTPO 2.0 inner displays of the Honor Magic V6 have adjustable refresh rates of up to 120 Hz. For HDR content, the outer screen has a maximum brightness of 6,000 nits, while the inner screen has a maximum brightness of 5,000 nits.

The Honor Power 2, which has a MediaTek Dimensity 8500 SoC and an iPhone Pro-like design, was spotted on Geekbench.

The Honor Magic V6’s interior display, according to the firm, has SGS minimized crease certification and is made of ultra-thin flexible glass. Honor states that the crease depth is 44% less than that of the previous Honor Magic V5. Additionally, the display has an anti-reflection coating that, according to the manufacturer, lowers reflectance to 1.5% and supports 4,320Hz PWM dimming.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC powers the Honor Magic V6, which is the first foldable smartphone with this processor. For long-term performance, it is combined with sophisticated vapour chamber cooling. It is said to support 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. MagicOS 10, based on Android 16, is rumored to come pre-installed, with seven significant OS updates expected.

AI-powered capabilities on the foldable phone include cross-app activities, AI-assisted multitasking, AI Meeting Agent, and AI Suggestions. Through the Honor Connect and Super Workstation programs on compatible macOS, iOS, and Windows systems, it also facilitates cross-ecosystem communication, including Mac screen extension, iCloud file access, and notification sharing with compatible iPhone and Apple Watch devices.

A 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera comprise the Honor Magic V6’s triple rear camera configuration. There are 20-megapixel selfie cameras on both the inner and outside screens. Based on laboratory testing, the brand claims that the telephoto camera achieves picture stabilization with a CIPA 6.5 rating. For improved picture processing, the phone also supports the AIMAGE Color Engine and AIMAGE Portrait Engine.

When folded, the Honor Magic V6 is 8.75 mm thick. According to IEC 60529 standards, it has IP68 and IP69 certifications for water and dust resistance. According to Honor, the hinge has passed 500,000 folding tests conducted by SGS and is made of Super Steel, which has a 2,800MPa rating. An anti-scratch NanoCrystal Shield layer is part of the display protection. Additionally, compared to earlier materials, the business promises lower reflectance and better resilience to wear, scratches, and drops.

The Honor Magic V6’s 6,660mAh silicon-carbon battery was created in collaboration with ATL. Reverse wireless charging, 66W wireless, and 80W cable charging are reportedly supported by the phone. According to Honor, it produces an energy density of 921Wh/L using fifth-generation silicon-carbon material with a 25% silicon concentration.

In order to accommodate future foldables with 7,000mAh batteries, the business also demonstrated its new Silicon-carbon Blade Battery at MWC 2026. This battery has a silicon composition of 32% and an energy density of over 900Wh/L.
